The Company has in place good environmental and energy quality management systems
coupled with a comprehensive set of documented quality control procedures which meet the requirements of the Association of Consulting Engineers of Zambia (ACEZ). KEGS complies with this quality management system, and shares the beliefs that satisfying a Client’s requirements and achieving project objectives are essential quality issues.
Safety, Health, and Environmental Management
KEGS has adopted an integrated and much more participative approach towards health and safety in all its operations.
This is achieved by assimilating its staff on all project assignments to the existing safety regulation for their own good and that of Client and its operations. The team ensures that it covers adequately all issues of risk identification, assessment and other important issues. Because of the nature of its activities, the team ensures that safety boxes that are fully equipped with medicines are part of the entourage.
